Fitting in Getting Fit by kj, beginner strength and balance training classes
In this fun, women-only, judgment-free setting, you’ll learn how to use stability balls, weights, and bands to trim inches and develop a leaner, stronger physique. No gym membership required—you’ll see results in just 4 of these sessions! kj will teach you what you need to know to work out safely, effectively, and efficiently—anywhere. “This program is the ideal way for busy women to fit in getting fit,” says kj, “I teach exercise form, as well as pacing, so you’ll know how to break it up into the time you have.”
