I am in the process of moving from one house to another. It's only a few miles away so my fiance thought we could easily do it ourselves. After dozens of trips with borrowed trucks, loading and unloading furniture and boxes, we are each a few pounds lighter and you should see our biceps. Even my legs were sore for a few days from going up and down stairs while weighted down with heavy stuff. Just goes to show you that you don't really need to go to the gym to get a good workout. All that extra activity right before my wedding was like my own personal bridal bootcamp. So as I head to Mexico this weekend for our destination wedding, I feel great. Stayed tuned; I'll post some pictures when I get back.
