What is Weight Loss Coaching?
Coaching is a personalized, powerful, non-judgmental partnership that uses communication, motivation, and problem solving to obtain the results you desire. A weight loss coach helps you stay on track until you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals, and then helps keep you there with the perspective, support, and accountability you need to make healthy choices and stay on track. With coaching, you will be able to:

- Reverse negative self talk and procrastination so you keep moving toward your weight and fitness goals.

How Does Weight Loss Coaching Work?
We begin with an introductory session, where we assess where you are now, where you want to be, and how you want to get there. This intro session is free, and it allows you to experience coaching and see if it’s right for you.
How Will Weight loss Coaching Benefit You?
Although most coaching is done by phone or video chat, I offer four convenient ways for you to experience coaching:
